Proofing Phase
Before we can confirm your story for publication, our editorial team must first review your wedding. Required at the time of submission:
- A full gallery (non-watermarked, high-resolution images only). At this stage, be sure to only include images you’re comfortable seeing published in both print and online.
- A short questionnaire and waiver completed by the couple.
- A complete and accurate vendor credit list with Instagram handles
We’re so excited you’re considering a custom wedding story feature in WedLuxe Magazine! This is a unique opportunity to guarantee your wedding is beautifully preserved in print.
a minimum five pages are required to tell your story. ADDITIONAL PAGES FOR PURCHASE ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
THE FEE IS CAD $1000 per page.
If your wedding is accepted, we’ll send confirmation and link to payment. There is a minimum 5 page requirement ($1000 CAD per page). The option to purchase additional pages (if space allows) will be made available to you at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full before we move into production.
Please note: We review each story based on a variety of creative and editorial factors, including diversity of styles, palettes, destinations, and themes across the issue. Even the most stunning weddings may be declined if we’ve already filled certain visual categories. A declined story is never a reflection of the quality of your wedding—just a matter of fit within our broader editorial direction. From the time of submission, it can take up to 3 months to hear back from us.

Step 2
If your wedding is approved for publication, our editor-in-chief will expertly select images from the gallery you submitted. Image selections are determined by WedLuxe based on the gallery you submit, so it's very important that you do not submit anything in the original gallery that you do not want published.
Step 3
Your story will be written by our editors using the completed questionnaire as reference. Please remember that WedLuxe is internationally recognized as a visuals-first magazine—our editorial style prioritizes imagery over lengthy written features. The copy serves to complement the visuals, not overpower them.

- Wedding story written content is typically limited to approx 350-500 words summarizing your love story and wedding day.
- Copy will be crafted in the WedLuxe editorial voice, and cannot promote any one vendor.
- All vendor credits will be listed in a font size to match the formatting of other stories.

- The final written copy
- A folder with the image selects that will be used in your story
This is your opportunity to:
- Approve the text and credits (for factual corrections only) within five (5) business days of receipt. If no feedback is received within this window, WedLuxe reserves the right to proceed with final production based on the provided draft.
- Preview the selection of images we'll draw from to create the final layout.
