PRINT ADVERTISING

Artwork Guidelines, Specs, and Upload Area

  1. Files are accepted in CMYK PDFx1A or PNG (300dpi, size-as) formats.

  2. Photo credits are allowed at a maximum of 5pt, without contact info. (Company name only).

  3. All images in the ad must be high-resolution at 300dpi. Otherwise, your images will appear pixelated or soft. We do our best to catch low res photos and logos, but if you are providing your own artwork, it is your responsibility to provide images at exact specs.

  4. Colour Approvals:
We work with the best printing companies in Canada to deliver a high-quality finished product. If colour accuracy is of paramount importance to you, please provide us with a high res colour proof that you want our printer to match to. Otherwise, all final colour output is at our discretion.

  5. Content Accuracy:
For ads that are provided to us, no further proof will be provided. Please ensure accuracy at the time of submission. We are not liable for mistakes on ads that are received with inaccuracies or typos.

  6. Logos that appear on advertisements are limited to the business who purchased the ad  and it’s legal entities. Additional logos on ads must be approved by publisher on a case by case basis. Ads that display or quote award titles referencing other associations or publications are not allowed.
